Bing Go Jung Dessert House : Korean Ice Kachang

Located next to sister restaurant Ju Shin Jung Korean BBQ, this dessert house specializes in Pat Bingsu, aka Kakigori in Japan or Ice Kachang in local terms. The Green Tea BingSu ($9.50) comes close to the ones I had in Tokyo, but in substitution of mochi are plenty of crunchy elements such as corn flakes, sliced almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts.
The Oreo BingSu ($9.50) is a Frankenstein Cookie Monster that comes in a water tub loaded with condensed milk shaved ice and god-knows-how-many trolleys of crushed oreo. For the first time, I could safely leave the condensed milk served alongside, totally untouched for everything was already sweet enough on its own.

Thankfully, it also serves side food such as French Toasts. There wasn't much cinnamon aroma to speak of in this Caramel and Cinnamon Toast $5.50, but the two-layered bread was sandwiched with thin blobs of Korean rice cake, differentiating it from the rest with an interesting elastic texture.
